I’ve struggled with fitness, diet and motivation for years. Having Emily to go over each aspect I’ve been struggling with and break it down into manageable chunks has made any target I set myself so much more achievable. Any new exercise set in the session is explained and demonstrated to match my current ability level and how to progress with that exercise to keep it challenging. Personal training with Emily is always a pleasure and had made going to the gym fun and not a chore.
