Alexandra Wood

Paul is an awesome personal trainer and a great guy to work with to help you achieve your personal fitness or sporting goals. He coached me for a year of Strength & Conditioning and created bespoke sessions that best suited my body and sporting targets. With Paul I learned the fundamental techniques of weight lifting and became stronger with every session, while keeping safe with core exercises, maintenance and stretching. Paul guided me through injury recovery as an athlete and I always felt he had my best interests at heart, while maintaining a great sense of humour and resilience! I’d always be happy to work with him again in the future!
