When in a mindful state, thoughts and emotions are not discriminated against or judged. They are accepted and deemed helpful or not. If certain thoughts or emotions are deemed unhelpful, mindfulness can ease the process of letting them go, creating active positive thoughts and emotions.
Our sessions provide a dedicated time to practise being mindful. They develop mindfulness as a skill that can be applied to any situation life throws at you. You can create your own mindful moments at will, when needed for better decision making. It can help you be less reactive to events, see a clearer picture of your options and manage your efforts wisely.

At LEO we want to build a community of men that can discuss their mental health and learn to talk in an environment free of toxic masculinity. Our coach will create unique sessions both fun and meaningful for men of all ages to enjoy. Excellent for mobility improvement, injury rehabilitation, recuperating from illness, fighting fatigue and individuals going through treatment or therapy.
Forget the mister – Lift a sister
Ladies, you are the true hunters of the pride and we want to keep you in peak condition. Our coach will invent and explore a variety of techniques to engage your body and brighten your mind. During our yoga classes expect to practise techniques including Mindfulness, Meditation, Pranayama and Vinyasa flow.
Yoga for the pride
We provide yoga activities for teens, elderly, mothers, children and all those in-between. During these sessions you will be shown exercises to reduce fatigue, aches, pains, anxiety, stress, depression, and worry. Yoga can improve concentration, boost positive feelings, thoughts and emotions towards yourself and others. After each meeting, small homework tasks will be given to practise the techniques shown in the session.
Take Time Out – Be Sentient and Still
Relax and calm your mind, harness your breath, master yourself. Calming your mind has generous positive effects.
We have two luxury meditation rooms that are soundproofed to eliminate distraction and furnished to optimise comfort. You can use our rooms by yourself; with a virtual guide via headset or with our specialist coach by your side.
Similar to meditation but not quite, use our meditation rooms to improve mindfulness as a skill. We introduce tools and techniques that can transfer out of the studio to work, relationships and home life. We discuss self-care and set goals to be completed in your own time. This service is open for beginners and experts alike.
